Position Summary:
Focus on managing digital content creation and content update for APAC country/division website, this position will use digital tools such as AEM and Eloqua to manage web content and programs. This position is responsible for regular updates of AP country and division websites and manage digital contents for the region. This role owns the online customer experience and manage to improve the LTR (Likely to recommend) of all AP country websites.

Essential Functions: 
* Works closely with stakeholders within headquarter, divisions, groups and regions to develop and oversee digital content creation and management, website update, online program planning and execution. Provides consultation, plan administration and technical support.
* Coordinates with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement website objectives, content and applications. Translates ideas and concepts into web-based realities and site content by acting as the “bridge” between content producers and the implementation team.
* Builds and manages plans for content production and Parker website content marketing programs for APAC. Managers the end-to-end content creation and delivery process from collecting input from multiple sources to delivery of content for web-ready approval by business stakeholders. Manage the content calendar of all APAC country sites on Parker website.
* Through constant review and updates of website content, ensure that site stays fresh and dynamic, and that web content is accurate, up-to-date, interesting, compelling, informative content governance, maintains processes, and remains aligned with evolving web and enterprise standards.
* Plays a critical role in defining content categories, taxonomy and work flows with the enterprise content management system.
* Provides editorial content and strategi recommendations for projects while ensuring consistency with content standards and best practices. Assist with establishing style guide and editorial procedures for all written elements of the public web site and ensures all content elements are followed.
* Supervise search engine marketing programs and lead to implement SEM and SEO strategies and programs to achieve company goals and objectives in Asia Pacific.
* Day-to-day management and operations of the digital content creation; Lead and support internal and/or external writers and designers in their mission to create strategic and targeted communications for Parker in APAC region.

Qualifications:  
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eBusiness, Information Design, Communications or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience with program platforms and channels including marketing automation, email marketing, Content Management System, social and paid media.
* 3-5 years working with various Content Management Systems (such as AEM, Eloqua, Vignette, Open Text, SharePoint, Drupal, Jive, Appian, Confluence, MediaWiki, Alfresco etc.) along with eCommerce, indesign, Web Design, Front End, UI, UX, and Information Architecture. Direct experience with the set-up of AEM workflow.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate approach and establish position for content direction.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of product development lifecycles, web product management, and content management, site organization, and marketing communication techniques.
* Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing large-sale content initiatives within enterprise web programs, including meeting deadlines, budgets and quality measures,
* Excellent editorial skills for writing, copying, editing and proofreading web content. Technical writing skills a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulated approach and establish position for content direction.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management skills.
* Good command of English and one of the Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese or Korean) strongly profred.
