Business: Rentokil Initial (Mainland China/China-Taiwan/China-HK – focus China)

Reports to: General Counsel - Asia Pacific & MENAT (based in Sydney Australia)

Key Relationships: Key Stake holders: MD Greater China / SLT/Sales/ Procurement/ Operations / Finance / HR

Job Description:

1、Contracts: review, negotiation, and drafting / amending (various contracts); submit approvals to the Group Investment Committee – mostly Sales & Procurement contracts

2、General commercial work (other than contracts)

3、Training: Provide Contract Training (basic principles) & other training as may be required

4、Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance, particularly with Minimum Contract Standards & Authority Matrix

5、Business Partner: Strong relationships with key stakeholders

6、Reporting: Update & brief General Counsel - Asia Pacific & MENAT


Prerequisites:

1、Admission as PRC legal practitioner.

2、Private practice 3 years (mid tier firm) plus 2-3 yrs. Inhouse experience in general commercial.
3、International work / secondment experience (desirable, not required)
