• Create and maintain operation & maintenance procedure of systems, the procedure should include yearly plan of IT PSE, URR, CRR, IT recovery testing, user training and other activities according to industry best practices and NN procedures.

• Manage system configuration and conduct change management in accordance with NN quality requirement.

• Assess and manage risks, ensure system security in accordance with NN predefined risk and security requirement. Conduct security patching and other security activities.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure systems are up to date and meet the company's needs
