岗位职责:
1.Explore and develop all the relevant business from assigned automotive custoemrs开发所负责的汽车行业客户的所有相关业务
2.Managing project, coordinate related department to input documents and products into customer side in time做好项目管理,按照项目节点协调相关部门做好文件及产品在客户端的输入
3.Build and maintain long-term relationship with key accounts assigned建立并保持与所负责的大客户的长期关系
4.Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.按照销售目标谈判及签订合同
5.Preparation of quotations安排询价/报价。
6.Coordinate internally and externally for all services for key accounts assigned协调内部和外部的事务,以提供所负责的大客户的良好服务
7.Responsible for following up service status to make sure key accounts’ satisfaction负责跟进服务状态,以确保客户的满意度
8.Total business growth on key accounts客户业务增长
9.Aggressively achieve budget on sales turnover and profit积极实现销售及利润预算
10.Coordinate AE to launch regular lesson and learn cummunication meeting according to the project progress.
11.按照项目进展,协同应用工程师定期组织经验教训交流会
12.Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
13.Other works assigned by company公司分派的其他工作

任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
2.Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales or customer service field, Project managing experience for OEM plant or Tier1 is perferred最少3年在销售或者客户服务领域的成功经验,主机厂或者一级配套商项目管理经验优先
3.Knowledge of Automotive Indirect Material Management 汽车圈间采物料管理知识
4.Ability to travel 能够出差
5.Excellent communication, presentation,selling and negotiation skills良好的沟通,表达、销售和谈判技巧
6.Proficiency in Office software and ERP system(SAP) 熟练使用办公及ERP软件(SAP)
7.Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written) 流利的英语和普通话(口头和书面)
8.Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-task ability强大的分析能力,注重细节,较强的多任务能力
9.Team work spirit团队合作精神
