职责描述:
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for daily loading station & jetty planning
- Single point of contact with site logistics
- Drives coordination among Customer Service Officers (CSO), planner, production and site logistics about goods allocation, loading/unloading plan, demand plan to transportation (e.g. truck or container demand forecast and pre-booking, etc.)
- Provide overview about potential risk & allocations for upcoming loading station or jetty maintenances
- Monitoring the logistic operation status and adjust for any uncertain situation (e.g., truck delay or loading equipment safety issues)
- Support to coordinate with CSO, planner, production and site logistic for all the materials movement (Raw material receipt, material transfer within site between central and cluster warehouse, etc.) to support production execution smoothly
任职要求:
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor, Logistic or supply chain are preferred
- Working Experience: at least 3 years in logistic operation field, chemical industry is preferred
- Technical knowledge: SAP, Excel, OMP is preferred
- Good communication with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese
