Responsibilities
Support DFx engineer daily work during NPI and Mass Production period.
Communicate and understand well on technical issue/requirement from DFx engineer.
Build relationship with CMs and Fixure/Machine vendor. Get the first hand information when something happened in factory.
Partner with DFx Engineers to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.
At factory, follow up fixture/machine qualifications, failure analysis, efficiencty improvement, line layout optimization based on DFx engineer requirement.
Follow up daily production status during MP including tracking machine downtime, review Yield, proceed continuous improvement and PRQ etc.

Qualifications
BSME or equivalent (MSME, MSIE desired).
Possess a strong sense of responsibility, capable of maintaining high levels of selfdiscipline and reliability when facing various work challenges.
Actively participating and taking proactive responsibility for addressing potential issues in daily work and ensuring the smooth progress of project.
3+ years in Project Management or Product Management roles. PMP certification will be plus.
5+ years in engineering role with experience in product design or manufacturing engineering or product engineer.
Experience in realizing consumer electronics product in mass production which involves precision mechanical parts assembly and high cosmetic requirements
Experience in production line development techniques including flow chart, cycle time calculation, UPH setup, line layout & balance, SOP, etc.,
Experience in advanced analysis & problem-solving techniques including DOE, failure analysis, CpK, GR&R, PFMEA etc.
Able to understand and challenge tolerance stack ups for assemblies to meet gap/step requirement. Working knowledge of GD&T, data analysis using JMP a plus
Proficient in the use of 3D mechanical design tools. Such as Pro-E, NX or Catia etc.,
Moderate travel within Mainland China
