1、参与拟订公司关于供应链管理的规章制度、使用手册、报表、报告等，并协助推行公司关于供应链采批中心的建设和保护的相关制度的实施；
2、负责制定、组织、协调公司或所属部门的采购计划，达成公司所期望的货物种类、库存和利润目标；
3、负责根据产品的价格、促销、产品分类和质量，有效地管理特定货品的计划和分配；
4、负责发展、选择和处理当地供应商关系，如价格谈判、采购环境、产品质量、供应链、数据库等；
5、负责发展和维护总部及区域采购部、销售部和市场部、物流以及其他组织的相关职能部门的内部沟通渠道；
6、负责调查、分析和评估市场以确定客户的需要和采购时机，并改进采购的工作流程和标准，通过尽可能少的流通环节，减少库存的单位保存时间和额外收入的发生，以达到存货周转的目标；
7、协助人力资源部关于加强公司人才队伍的管理和建设工作；
8、完成领导交办的其他任务。
