Major Responsibilities:

1)Deep engage in MES implementations in Changshu Plant, works as a project manager and work with external supplier to ensure project running within budget, scope and on schedule.
2)Drive business processes standardization and optimization.
3)Facilitate key business process owners and users in testing and training through close collaborating with project teams.
4)Take charge of system daily operation and maintenance after MES launch in Changshu Plant, including system incidents, problems or service requests
5)Capture and analyze business change requests and new business requirements relevant to MES, quick response d solving problems.
6)Work together with Central IT team to get ready MES solutions rolling out in rest plants in APAC regions.
7)Other Manufacture solutions design and implementation, and digital solutions as required.
8)Other IT and digital initiatives as required in Changshu Plant
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

1)Major in computer science or related (bachelor or above).
2)5+ years’ MES experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with shopfloor business processes such as production scheduling, manufacturing management, quality management, warehouse management, etc.
3)Familiar with automation systems such as OPC, PLC, SCADA is preferred.
4)Familiar with .Net or Java C/S, B/S architecture development would be a plus.
5)Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle database, NoSQL database(MongoDB) experience would be a plus.
6)Experience in ERP, APS, WMS is preferred.
7)Fluent in spoken English in technical and writing.
8)Good personality, communication skills and positive.
