What You Will Do
The Senior Programmer is responsible for Managing the operations of the SAS programming functions of the department, including activities related to the data management, analysis, and reporting, data submission of clinical trials; Participate to the development and improvement of SAS programming solutions to support the improvement of efficiencies in Biostatistics and Data Management related programming activities and requirement in support across therapeutic areas, in the Asia/Pacific region, and across geographic regions:

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with both internal and external programing resources to ensure the success of programing activities.

• Support programming activities for clinical trials, including activities related to statistical analysis, reporting activities and SDTM/ADaM preparations.

• Ensure all SAS Programming activities are conducted in accordance with high ethical and quality standards per SOP and coding instructions, all applicable GCP regulations, industry guidelines, and company procedures.

• Oversee programming activities as directed to ensure compliance with protocols, statistical analysis plans, and SPECs.

• Contribute to the development of programming solutions for support across therapeutic areas, in the Asia/Pacific region, and across geographic regions.

• Contribute to the development of improved SAS programming solutions to support the improvement of efficiencies in Biostatistics and Data Submission related programming activities.

• Contribute to the development of programming solutions to support the novel statistical model, simulation and resampling request

Qualifications/任职要求
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a mathematical/scientific field is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of SAS programing in industry experience with an MS degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of industry experience with Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience, including creation of standard program modules, support of statistical analysis, and data submission related activities
• Proficient in SAS Base, STAT, Graph (GTL), Macro, and extensive experience with Data _Null_, Proc Report, and XML mapping
• Familiar with SDTM/ADaM related guidelines
• Necessary knowledge in general statistics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
• Intensive experiences of SDTM/ADaM preparation for China submission or another agency is preferred.
• Experience of R programming is also preferred.
