This position responsible for consumer products to provide consultation of respective product value proposition development, product / card member lifecycle management, Product P&L, product performance analysis and card holder experiences. This position requires a good understanding of consumer products, credit card market competition and market trend in China.
Responsibilities will include:
· Work closely with BD and issuing banks to define Consumer product strategy based on the received request by taking the market competition and issuing bank’s strength into consideration.
· Product Implementation and management: work closely with issuers’ product team to every details to bring the consumer products to live, including launching a new product, product enhancement, lifecycle management, acquisition and to ensure the products’ profitability and sustainability.
· Market research: proactively provide the marketing insights, competitive landscape and the potential opportunities with BDs to explore the opportunity of launching more consumer products with different issuing banks to secure AMEX leading position in the segment.
· Be the connection to AMEX central team and bring the innovative and premium service to China to substantiate AMEX China value.
Qualification
· 5+ years working experience in either marketing, product marketing, advertising, agency, or internet in China.
· Highly analytical ability and with basic financial knowledge.
· self-starter and a strategic thinker and able to work independently under target and deadline pressure.
· Experience in dealing with business partners and good negotiation ability
· Strong communication and presentation skills both in oral and written Chinese and English
· Ability to build relationship and influence at all levels internally and externally.
· University graduate or above. Master degree is preferred.
