Business & Client Development:
Capability to explore and follow up on project opportunities and to obtain projects by gaining customer trust, be responsible for successfully delivering project as promised.

Project Delivery:
Help clients solve business problems from strategy to execution with extensive consulting and industry experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing multiple digital transformation/data projects: monitoring, managing multiple projects, guiding managers to successfully deliver projects.
• Responsible for delivering projects within budget and cost, meeting the company’s quality standards and customer needs.
• Enhance team member capabilities through training and coaching.
• Use your professional knowledge and experience to help clients analyze and solve issues.
• Responsible for daily communication and relationship maintenance with clients

Qualifications:
• A proactive working attitude, approaching tasks with a problem-solving mindset and actively driving issue resolution.
• Expertise in digital transformation with focus on data governance, data platform design and implementation, data architecture, data analysis, and other related fields
• Extensive experience in certain industries, along with knowledge on their finance, production, supply chain, marketing, etc.
• Keeping learning about the updated industry and professional knowledge
• Willing to contribute your experience and knowledge to clients and colleagues.
• Good communication skills, capable to solve problems independently.

Experience and Skills Required:
• At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation areas with 3 or more years in a management position, experience from consulting firms is needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to develop data strategies, formulate data platform implementation plans with various technical approaches, and be responsible for the overall project process, coordination between clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Data analytics leveraging AI technology is a plus
• Collaborate with teams to analyse on client business needs, identify project opportunities, design overall data solutions including data analysis scenarios, data visualization, data architecture design, selecting data platform and guidance on implementation.
• Proficiency in data warehousing, modelling principles and methods, with experience in building data lakes, including data architectures, data quality, data standards, master data management, etc.
• Familiar with common data asset management, master data management, and other data-related products
• Understanding data lifecycle management process, including collection, transmission, storage, processing, etc.
