Purpose 目的
－ Ensures the timely qualification of Q-employees within the NEV Company andpurchasing parts series suppliers in case of Corporate Quality - methods, processes, and IT-applications. 确保新能源汽车公司内部的质量相关员工和外购件供应商在公司质量的方法、流程和 IT 应用方面及时获得资质。
－ Through training Q-employees and suppliers can master production quality knowledge, reduce quality accident rates, maintain corporate image and product

－ Enhance the awareness and sense of responsibility of Q-employees and suppliers towards quality, thereby improving product quality and enhancing customer

The quality training has to cover the following main tasks in relationship with trainings: 质量培训需包括与培训相关的以下主要任务：
1. The service ensures the timely qualification of Corporate Quality employees and purchasing parts series suppliers in the main training areas of quality methods,
quality processes and quality IT-Applications. 服务确保企业质量部员工和外购件系列供应商在质量方法、质量流程、质量 IT 应用程序培训领域及时获得资质。
2. Provide training in specific topics in the area of IT-applications, methods, and processes of Corporate Quality. 在企业质量的 IT 应用程序、方法和流程领域提供特定主题的培训。
3. On the Job – Provide coaching for Corporate Quality staff members. 为企业质量员工提供在职辅导。
4. The trainings are held as in class sessions and also as LiveOnlineTrainings (LOT) using MS Teams or other IT-applicatons. 培训以课堂形式进行，也可以使用 MS Teams或其他 IT 应用程序以在线培训（LOT）形式进行。
5. Create, conceptualize, organize training, and serve as contact person together with Corporate Quality and NEV Academy. 创建、构想、组织培训，并作为企业质量部门和新能源汽车学院的联系人。
6. Creation of Web based trainings and training material. 创建基于 Web 的培训和培训材料。
7. Continuous Improvement input. 持续改进输入。
