- 作为集团战略，紧密协助战略专家，对大型工业企业进行市场洞察、运营战略制定和执行。参与到战略制定的每一个环节，从数据收集与分析，到策略建议的提出，再到执行过程的跟踪与反馈，以确保企业战略的有效性和执行力。
- 协助战略专家进行市场洞察，收集和分析行业数据、竞争对手情报，识别市场趋势和潜在机遇；
- 参与运营战略的制定过程，包括收集内部运营数据、分析企业资源和能力，为战略专家提供数据支持和初步分析；
- 协助编写战略报告和提案，整理关键信息和数据，确保报告内容准确、清晰、有说服力；
- 在战略执行阶段，跟踪和监测战略实施情况，收集反馈数据，协助战略专家进行效果评估和调整；
- 与企业内部各部门保持密切沟通，协调资源，确保战略的有效执行；
- 持续关注行业法规政策变化，及时向战略专家汇报，并协助制定应对策略；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销、经济学等相关专业优先；
- 具备1-3年战略或相关领域工作经验，对工业企业的运营和市场环境有一定了解；
- 熟练掌握市场研究工具和方法，能够独立完成基本的市场分析和数据整理工作；
-具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同层级的员工有效沟通，协助战略专家进行战略沟通和解释；
- 具备高度的责任心和执行力，能够按照战略专家的要求，准确、及时地完成各项工作任务；
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够阅读和撰写英文报告和邮件，能够与国际团队进行基本沟通；
- 对战略规划和执行有浓厚兴趣，愿意不断学习和提升自己的专业能力。
