Position Background:
Sioux Technologies China is seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in realizing our ambitious growth plans, with a primary focus on guide the company through its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The successful candidate will bring extensive financial expertise, a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, and a proven track record in guiding companies through successful IPO processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership and collaborate with the executive team to drive the company's financial performance and growth.
2. Investment & IPO: Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to ensure the company's readiness for an IPO. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as investment banks, legal teams and regulatory bodies to facilitate a smooth IPO process. Experience and skills in investment and acquisition is a plus.
3. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making and optimize financial outcomes.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Implement robust internal controls and financial reporting processes.
5. Investor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Effectively communicate the company's financial performance and growth prospects.
6. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
7. Strategy: support company strategy definition and strategic decision making.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA / CPA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the high tech equipment industry, semiconductor industry is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
4. Demonstrated success in guiding companies through IPO processes.
5. Familiarity with Chinese regulatory requirements and financial markets.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both English and Chinese.
7. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and growth.
8. Strong business insight, capable of providing effective financial support and advice for the company's strategic decisions.
9. Has outstanding resilience and adaptability, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and responding to challenges in fast-paced work environments.
