I – 工作目标Primary Objectives of the Position

Supplier quality management for
Plastic/ Metal/ Spraying etc. components and ODM/OEM manufactory assembly
process management。注塑，金属，喷涂，组装等机械电子材料及ODM/OEM供应商质量管理

II – 主要工作职责Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.          
Implement and lead new supplier Quality System and process audit. 主导和执行新供应商的质量体系和过程审核。
2.          
Partner with Design team and supplier to verify and resolve the quality issues
in builds and follow the corrective actions. 与研发部门合作，验证和解决产品试产阶段的各种质量问题并追踪改善结果。
3.          
Deal with material quality issues both in IQC and production line. 主导和解决IQC与产线上材料的各种质量问题确保生产的持续稳定。
4.          
Deal quality planning and PPAP for components development and change. 主导零部件的开发和变更的质量策划和PPAP。
5.          
Regular process audit in supplier site regarding to the quality defects. 定期的供应商质量审核以及跟进供应商各种改进方案的执行情况。
6.          
Supplier quality performance monitor and drive continual improvement. 供应商质量绩效监测和持续改进。
7.          
Activity training for supplier about quality tools (DOE, SPC, GRR…) and
cosmetic criterion. 负责供应商培训，确保供应商完全理解公司的质量要求，会运用公司要求的各种质量工具以及正确执行质量标准。
8.          
ODM/OEM products customer complaints analyze and improvement: Fast respond to
the customer complaints and lead the internal analyze process; Plan and drive
the corrective and preventive actions to guarantee a fast and effective close
of the issues. ODM/OEM产品客户投诉问题分析及改进：快速响应客户投诉，领导内部分析过程；制定纠正预防措施行动计划并推动实施，确保投诉问题快速有效的关闭。

III – 岗位要求Qualifications &
Requirements

1.          
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical design、automation technology or polymer material related professional,
digitalization experience as preferred. 本科及以上，机械设计、自动化技术或高分子材料相关专业，有数字化相关背景者优先。
2.          
Above 5 years supplier quality management background, experience in injection
molding parts, metal parts, structural parts, spraying parts is preferred. 具备5年以上供应商质量管理经验；有注塑件，金属件，结构件，喷涂件相关经验者优先。
3.          
Familiar with APQP、PPAP, SPC, CP, FMEA, 8D etc., Six Sigma belts is
preferred. 熟练掌握APQP、PPAP、SPC、CP、FMEA、8D等质量工具，六西格玛证书持有者优先。
4.          
Proficiency skill for Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint, Familiar with Minitab or Power BI is preferre. 熟练掌握Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint等常用办公软件的运用；熟练运用Minitab或Power BI者优先。
5.          
Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral. 英语流利
6.          
Good communication and teamwork and leadership.良好沟通技能，团队合作和领导力。
7.          
Highly responsible, and self-motivated. 工作负责，自觉。
8.          
A very strong learning ability. 具备较强的学习能力。
