What do you need to be successful?
As an experienced People & Culture/HR practitioner you’ll have experience working within
a global enterprise and be able to demonstrate:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling leadership of a diverse
team across geographies and the ability to influence effectively across a broader
stakeholder network, at all levels of seniority
• A strategic mindset, working independently to create a dynamic culture focused on
driving towards new and improved mechanisms for delivery
• Structured methods, enabling effective planning and organising of resources across
multiple locations to respond effectively to competing business priorities
• A data-driven approach, using analytics to identify trends and opportunities for
continuous improvement
• Passion for DE&I, with a constant focus on driving acquiring diverse talent for
Hempel, through inclusive recruitment practices
• Flexibility, to navigate diverse environments and adapt your approach accordingly
to meet the changing needs of different business segments
