key responsibilities:

1、Drive optimal in-stock and inventory weeks of supply to maximize revenue opportunities, ensure on-shelf presence and mitigate returns exposure.

2、Ensure that Channel Health metrics are understood and actioned accordingly, including root cause investigation and leading the cross-team efforts necessary to drive improvement.

3、Demand sensing capabilities at multiple levels of aggregations globally, covering the different stages of the product life – launch, replenishment and end of life.

4、Ensure proactive, data-oriented communication to key partners.

5、Collaborate with Internal (Program team, New Product Introduction Team, Go To Market Team) & External stakeholders (ODM partners) during the New Product Introduction, Mature & End Of Life Phases to ensure optimal inventory is made available.

6、Responsible for managing and converting 3 and 6-month demand forecast into weekly replenishment buckets. Variant level forecast inputs to be arrived at for the short term and mid-term demand basis the primary and secondary sales.

7、Replenishment Planning for After Sales requirements.
Qualification & Experience:

1、Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment embracing changes everyday

2、Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English

3、Experience in VMI and demand replenishment planning models

4、Experience in managing the contract manufacturing partners

5、Spare Parts Planning experience.

6、Multi-country leadership experience

7、Ability to think strategically and detailed oriented at the same time

8、High analytical skills with a mindset of taking decisive decisions on a timely manner

9、Operates with discipline and with a high sense of urgency

10、Ability to work in a matrix organization with high ambiguity.

11、Ability to identify opportunities of improvement and find solutions to address them
