Major Responsibilities:

1、Support Corp.VP BEO to drive company strategy management cycle including strategy planning, strategy decoding, managing and tracking SP & BP execution, and strategy review; and take leadership for assigned work streams.

2、Take leadership responsibilities on assigned key strategic initiatives and/or projects, establishing project teams and mechanism, managing processes, and driving results; either end-to-end or partial leadership responsibilities, globally or regionally.

3、Provide professional strategic consulting methodologies and frameworks, workshops facilitation, and project management coaching to internal organization and various project teams.

4、Support CEO Office on some important meetings and strategic projects, as needed.

5、Act as a change agent and role model of JOYNEXT Values, to interact with diverse stakeholders and facilitate successful changes/transformations.

6、Flexible in taking expanded scope and stepping into new areas, e.g. strategic partnerships/ eco-systems and/or internal communications etc.


Preferred Candidates’ Profile:

1、At least 3-5 years hands-on consulting experiences from management consulting firms (e.g. Bain, BCG, Accenture, AT Kearney, McKinsey etc.), and another 8-10 years’ working experiences in in-house strategy development and strategy management from leading MNC companies. In total at least 15 years' experience.

2、Having done strategic consulting projects on commercial, operational, and organizational development topics, managed end-to-end from analysis to strategy setting to planning and executions.

3、Familiar with B2B industrial business model, it would be a plus if coming from automotive electronics and/or same/similar with JOYNEXT sector.

4、Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management skills. It would be a plus if having international experiences.

5、Speaking native Chinese and fluent English; or speaking native German and fluent English.

6、Onboarded with JOYNEXT Values.
