b. External Alignment Meetings

-Contact person to HR and Onboarding of new colleagues

- Definition, implementation and maintenance of the electric/electronic (E/E) integration department process

-FAP, error management Definition

-Budget Controlling & purchasing

d. Invest budget request to related department; e. Purchasing request planning based on invest status; f. Purchasing strategy negotiation with purchasing manager;g. Contract issue coordination and problem solving;h. Generate parts order to EV after received info from vehicle test coordinator

- Coordination of AWS(working hours) activities

-Tools/Lab management

a. Lab safety responsible (shoes); b. Yearly tools calibration; c. Tools Registration, distribution, asset capitalization, demands collection; e. Construction/test surface application, labs layout, power, plugs planning;
Qualification and skills:

-Bachelor degree, in Management Science and Engineering related area or Vehicle Engineering area or similar area.

- Several years of professional experience in automotive research and development department

x Several years of experience in project management, with PMP certification better

-x Good understanding of automotive development process

x Good abilities in communication and organizing

x Structured and organized way of working

x Result-oriented

x English as work language, German is a plus
