? To be familiar with production/manufacturing equipment such as tester, jigs, fixtures .etc
? To lead vendor selection, price & contract negotiation.
? To ensure deployment of updated cost reduction action plan for indirect materials to achieve the financial objectives
? To be responsible for MRO purchase and service provider selection and negotiation
? To have strong project and process management concept to develop cross functional processes to promote communication effectiveness and efficiency
? To define and deploy indirect material strategic purchasing processes to fulfill business needs
? To stay abreast of market trends and proactively search for better products and services in a cost-effective manner
? To build effective and sustainable procurement and purchasing mechanisms, procedures, and standards.
? To manage budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
? To participate in ad hoc projects.
Requirement
? IE background will be an asset
? Knowledge of automotive industry is an advantage
? Track record of indirect material and MRO purchasing and planning
? Sound experience in administrative and services purchasing
? Knowledge of consumer/automotive manufacturing related testing/analysis equipment
? Experience in process/project management
? Bachelor degree with min 8 years in Sourcing & Supply Chain purchasing position
? Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? Cross-functional team player capability
? Able to work independently with strong communication and influencing interpersonal skills
? Strong project management and organization skills, being meticulous, and having the ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing demands in a timely and professional manner
