Your key responsibilities include:
Enhancing the organization’s corporate profile in EY Greater China through proactive implementation of its branding and marketing strategy.
Planning and executing programs, from activation ceremony to awards gala.
Organizing a wide range of marketing activities, including client events, regional conferences, road shows, seminars and hospitality events for all business service lines.
Implementing EY branding strategies, promoting EY image and brand awareness and visibility creatively.
Liaising and managing local vendors and production house, ensuring the best quality deliveries.
Managing other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Supporting on Top Accounts management
Supporting on collaboration with SSL partners
Supporting on group tax partners base on their sector tagging choice
To qualify for the role, you must have:
University graduate majoring in marketing, journalism, communications, English, economics, or business-related disciplines
3-5 years of experience in market communications gained from multinational corporations, preferably professional service companies, or marketing agencies.
In-depth understanding of market communications in professional service industry.
Hands-on experience in events organization, corporate branding, and road shows.
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to details.
Demonstrated teamwork.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Excellent project management skills.
