Looking for a talented Social Compliance Program Manager to assist various customers sourcing programs. The position will support a customer as the extending arms in Asia to drive sustainable supply chain management initiatives (Working at home and this position is open to any country in Asia including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malysia and India )

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be client’s representative for Social Responsibility program in Asia, improving factory engagement and cultural competency

2. Review and audit factory’s CSR status and CAP plan according to local laws and client’s specific requirement

3. Support and educate factory to develop a workable / acceptable corrective action plan. Cooperate with factory, provide detail suggestions on how to improve its social compliance and security compliance performance

4. Work directly with factories to implement corrective actions, Verify corrective action evidence to ensure assigned reports / CAP cases are processed on a timely basis in an efficient way

工作职责

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years solid and track record of CSR auditing or Supplier-oriented Cooperate Social Responsibility Programs

2. Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental laws including China and Asian countries

3. Must being Familiar with one or more the follow CSR program: SA8000, Sedex, BSCI, Higg Index, WRAP, SLCP,RBA and others

4. Being Familiar with one or more the follow client’s CSR Program like Nike, Adidas, Disney, Costco, or Inditex is preferred

5. Qualified relevant CSR certified or SA8000 Auditor or APSCA examination are absolute advantage

6. Independent and responsible as well as ability to work in a team

7. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

8. Extraordinary problem-solver with critical analytical mindset, able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure

9. Good command of spoken and written English and local language

10. Excellent time management.

11. Be able to travel over 80% working time

任职资格
