JD：

1. Responsible for AR related works, including daily AR clearing and bank reconciliation /customer credit limit maintenance and sales order release based on DOA/ provide AR aging report and corss function communication for overdue AR，etc. 40%

应收账款的相关工作，包括：应收账款的清理、根据审批进行信用额度维护及放单、账龄分析及超期AR的跨部门沟通等 40%

2. Handle invoice and other supporting documents processing in comply with company policy and statutory requirement, and do SAP vouchers timely and accruately, inlcuding downpyament and indirect purchasing service, etc. 30%

审核发票和相关单据的有效性并符合公司内外部合规性要求, 准确及时完成SAP入账，包括预付款、间接采购等；30%

3. Assist to perform E&O provision/monthly payroll posting/payroll accrual etc at closing 20%

协助处理关账时存货跌价准备计提、月底工资报表入账计提等工作 20%

4. Assist to provide internal and external audit supporting documents 5%

协助提供内外审相关资料 5%

5. Financial vouchers document filing and management, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor 5%

凭证的归档装订其他领导分配的工作等 5%
任职要求：

1. Education: Bachlor or above degree, with major in accounting, finance or related area

教育水平：本科及以上，财务相关专业；

2. Knowledge: be familiar with SAP, and good command of English in both writing and oral

知识技能：最好能熟悉SAP系统操作，有一定的英语阅读能力；

3. Experience: above 1 years’ experience

工作经验：1年以上工作经验

4. Others:High integrity, fast learning, good communation and team player, be dependent and problem sovling ability.
