Position Summary:

Responsible for the business supporting of sales team in Central, East, and West regions, covering sales, Tier1/Tier2 wholesalers and outlets. Including but not limited to,

• Collects and collates the monthly sales data and other information for timely input into the DMS system.

• Maintains the data and reports in SFDC to monitor the Sales Call, Distribution & POSM efficiency and provide feedback to the sales team for review and next actions.

• Collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Data Supporting

1) Assist monthly sales data information collection, collation and DMS system (input) timely and accurately. (inventory & depletion, outlets information tracking, etc.)

2) Responsibility for the sales information maintenance in sales management system. (outlet & wholesaler database, product, etc.)

3) Related sales statistic reports updated and delivered periodic for sales team tracking.

2. DMS and Salesforce System Maintenance

1) Responsible for the sales management information collation timely and accuracy on monthly basis. (business partner, sales call, distribution, POSM, Pricing, etc.)

2) Assist the new functions test and following maintenance. Provide visit results from SFDC to sales team for regular management.

3. Empty Bottle Recycling Process and Payment Process

1) Assist stakeholders to complete the empty bottle recycling quantity verification and related information tracking timely and accuracy on monthly basis. (Trade and Banquet channel)

2) Responsible for the monthly payment application process timely and accuracy.

4. Collaborate with internal colleagues and external customers.

1) Monthly kinds of application and PO process supporting with accuracy, etc.

2) Kinds of information updating and filing timely.

3) Assist newer of sales team on daily operation training.

4) Other tasks assigned by line manager and collaborated well with sales team internally and external customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fresh or 1-year relevant work experience, preferably in the consumers goods industry as part of a commercial team

• Patient, careful and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

• Good written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in the operation of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint

• CET-4
