职责
1. 仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)设计方案构想、方案策划，断面以及技术可行性输入等前期设计工作；
2. 仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)的技术输出，造型可行性检查及建议断面，三维数据、图纸设计等质量和进度把控，历史问题规避；
3. 熟悉仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)常用材料，工艺以及设计要求；
4. 熟练掌握项目管理，对项目的文件的分类，整理，以及执行情况进行检查并督促团队成员按要求完成。
5. 配合BM进行技术文件的审核，编写，以及与客户相关技术部门的前期沟通交流。
6. 技术设计指导书的编写，培训文件的编写以及定期给团队成员进行培训；
7. 根据项目和开发流程要求，主导相关技术文件的创建和维护，如DFMEA、 BOM、BTV, OPL, DVP、ESOW、lessons learned等；内部团队的协调沟通，任务分配，指导以及检查和验收，以及与外部客户的交流沟通；
8. 与周边部门协同工作，如总布置、电器、安全等；
9. 了解仪表板系统(IP & CNSL)产品试制、试验及试生产，了解在这些过程中常出现的问题；
要求
1. 学历：本科
2. 专业要求：车辆工程、机械电子、工业设计等相关专业.
3. 英语可作为工作语言.
4. 良好的沟通交流组织能力.
5. 8年以上整车仪表板研发工作经验；有至少1个以上大众仪表板完整开发经验.
6. 技能要求：熟悉汽车仪表板系统的结构设计、安全、总装、法规、人机等要求；熟悉汽车仪表板系统各种成型工艺；熟悉汽车仪表板系统的开发流程，能够编制各类技术文件；有一定仪表板装车整改经历，针对问题能够快速对策；熟练使用CATIA软件以及OFFICE办公软件.
7.具有较好的沟通交流能力及团队合作精神；具备奋斗精神，踏实肯干；敬业负责、做事细致认真。
