Key Responsibilities
- 协助上司维护和发展客户关系，了解客户需求和目标。拥有较高的执行力，可以按时保质交付任务.
- 熟悉各大主流social平台上的玩法和机制，日常可以直接跟社交平台的人员对接.
- 负责客户的主流social平台的账号运营工作，懂SVG.
- 负责撰写社交媒体平台的内容输出，包括不限于微信/微博/小红书/抖音等平台.
- 有较强的抗压能力，能够为不同行业的不同客户提供日常管理服务.
WHO ARE YOU
- 0-1年国际或本地social agency工作经验包含实习工作经验；做过新媒体运营；
- 对中国社交媒体格局有扎实的了解，熟悉不同的社交平台和生态系统(特别是微信、微博、小红书、抖音、知乎等)；
- 中文文字功底好，具备social content 撰写及review经验
- 对数据有一定敏感度，懂得计算各种流量转化和常用的运营效果评估KPI
- 具备流利的英文听说读写能力
- 熟悉办公软件，如PPT、excel等工具的灵活应用，高阶能力加分，如超强PPT美化优化能力、表格数据整理能力等
