Responsibilities
• Through understanding the business and organizational analysis, identify learning needs and collaborate with business leaders and training coordinators to establish sales training programs that are integrated with the business, along with customized training projects, sales effectiveness, and talent development plans based on business strategies.

• Increase the overall capabilities of the sales team through sales-oriented training programs and talent development initiatives.

• Enhance the efficiency of sales training, track the sales training process, and perfect the tracking and evaluation systems for sales training. Continuously optimize the design and implementation of learning solutions.

• Conduct training needs assessment surveys and maintain ongoing conversations with the sales/marketing teams about training requirements.

• Develop and coordinate training manuals and materials, and deliver some courses.

• Work with senior members of various internal departments to ensure that sales training aligns with the strategic visions of the departments.

• Stay abreast of and leverage the OU's best practices and those of the industry promptly.

• Be responsible for preparing the sales training plans and reports for the OU.

• Support the sales training initiatives of shared functional departments.

• Constantly seek and support new methods, practices, and processes to enhance the efficiency of the training services offered.
Qualification requirement
Education background

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical related field and/or Business administration
Work experience

• - Over 8 years of experience in medical device sales and/or more than 2 years in sales training.

• - Experience in training or management.
Skills

• Goal-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and a continuous improvement mindset, capable of working under pressure and in ambiguous environments.

• Sharp business insight and how to align training resource with business plans.

• Strong sense of business partnership, communication skills, and influence, familiar with and capable of driving cross-departmental collaboration.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Self-motivated with a positive personality.

• Fluent in English.
