Job Description:
• Support event organization, both online and offline activities, e.g. All Employee Meeting, China Leadership Meeting, ASML China Day, CIIE, Branding campaign and activities, etc.
• Prepare the materials for ASML China internal communications: draft content, design mailing, translation from English to Chinese and vice versa.
• Support Social media (WeChat, Bilibili, Tiktok) routine operation like calendar and content development
• ASML leaders and employees video shooting and production support.
• Manage the team gift tracking list.
• Desk research under given topics.
• Participate in daily communications and support communications administration.
• Other jobs assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
• Year 3/4 undergraduate student and postgraduate student.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent in translation and writing.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office software, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and etc.
• Social media management experience is preferred.
• Layout design, photography and video editing is preferred.
• Should be able to intern more than 6 months, at least 3 days a week.
