Principal Responsibilities: Deal with sales orders in SAP system and follow up related customer requirement. Cooperate with other functions to ensure smooth delivery.Monitor PIR, production plan and stock for separate product to ensure order fulfillment and keep the reasonable inventory.Follow up the business processing including new products initiation, new BOM, new customer and new pricing etc.Send invoices to customers and assist finance department on timely AR check and receipt.Deal with customer complaints and feedback promptly. Provide other support for customers as needed.
Required Qualifications: College degree, 0-3 year working experience in customer service or sales support area.Familiar with SAP is preferable.Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.Familiar PC skills such as Word, Excel, etc.Good command of oral and written English.
