主要职责/Main Responsibilities
向公司所客户及全体销售提供产品信息（PL20 & PL70）及售前和必要的售后支持Providing products information(PL20 & PL70), pre-sales and necessary after-sales technical support to all customers and sale force.

主要任务/Main Tasks
· 向销售提供客户拜访及展会的售前和必要的售后支持Providing products information, pre-sales and necessary after-sales technical support to sales force by support at customer visits, exhibitions
· 向市场部提供产品信息，新产品引入，数据单翻译，资料审核Provide product information to Marketing Department, new product introduction, data translation, data review
· 负责公司新产品的介绍及推广Responsible for the company's new product introduction and promotion
· 参加研讨会及展会，演讲，推广产品Attend seminars and exhibitions, lectures, promote products
· 负责新员工的入职培训及销售人员的定期培训Responsible for new employee orientation and sales staff training on a regular basis
· 陪同客户参观工厂并给予产品及工厂介绍 Accompany clients to visit the factory and give the product and factory introduction
· 市场调研,收集竞争对手及产品应用行业信息 Market research, collect the competitor's information and product application industry information
· 创建市场战略计划Create strategic marketing plans
· 准备并处理各种询价,并协助销售人员向公司上级领导或总部申请特殊产品价格 Prepare and manage inquiry，and assist sales to company and head office to apply for special prices
· 处理往来邮件 Handle incoming mails
· 维护数据库 Maintain databases
· 口头及书面回复询问，提供相关信息 Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
