1，负责制定公司的人力资源计划，规划、组织和实施招聘工作，建立和维护人事档案，拟定和更新劳动合同 相关问题；
2、 协调员工关系，激励员工士气，增强团队精神，提高员工满意度和公司凝聚力；
3、 协助公司制定和实施绩效考核制度；
4、 负责员工考勤管理，包括排班管理、请假管理、加班管理及考勤统计管理；
5、 负责工资、奖金、福利的初审、统计、汇总和报表编制；
6、 需要负责员工绩效核实
7、负责公司后勤、办公用品采购、发放、管理工作；
8、做好公司文档管理工作，对文档进行定期整理、分类、归档；
9、负责组织、协调员工活动、文体活动等；
10、负责办公环境日常管理；
11、完成领导交办的其他任务；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，企业管理、人力资源管理、行政管理等相关专业；
2、具有亲和力，较强的责任感与敬业精神
3、有驾照
4，英语四级优先

we have more than 10 million meters running in State Grid of China, which is the biggest utility in the world. Our production capacity is 8 million smart meters per year, and have a workshop only working for overseas’ order to guarantee the delivery time and quality control.
Our main products including prepaid meters(prepaid energy meter, prepaid water meter, prepaid gas meter), PayGo solar home system and Vending software.
