岗位职责：

1.根据产品报价单和图纸识别生产流程以及创建生产BOM和Routing

"Identify production process and set-up production BOM&Rouitng based on product quotation and product drawing.

(i) Check P-drawing and quotation, identify product raw material and set-up BOM

(ii) Based on P-drawing and plant machine capacity, evaluate suitable production process and set-up Routing.

(iii)Check the tool investment, calculate the tool cost of product, maintain the tool cost in Routing."

2.跟踪生产实际参数，根据实际参数更新BOM和Routing

Tracking actual production parameters, update BOM&Routing according to actual parameters.

3.分析产品成本，并提出成本降低的改善建议

"Analyze the product cost and identify cost reduction opportunities.

(i) Track the production actual material usage, analyze the actual usage and standard usage, drive workshop improvement based on analysis results.

(ii)Track the production actual parameters, analyze the actual runtime and standard runtime, drive workshop improvement based on analysis results."

4.分析工程变更生产流程的影响，更新BOM和Routing

"(i)Evaluate the impact of 4M to production processes.

(ii)Update production BOM&Rouing according to 4M"

4.生产过程的分析和工时的测量，通过分析和评估瓶颈工序，产线用工，提高产线平衡率，降低产品成本和提高工序产出。

Process analysis and Run time measurement.

(i)Conduct the onsite operating runtime measurement; consolidate the information into run time sheet; and analyze and evaluate the process bottlenecks, according to the run time sheet to minimize costs, increase yields and productivity.

(ii)Participate in the evaluation of new projects, including line capacity, run time, process bottlenecks, man-hours, to ensure the payback on new projects.

5.跟踪各车间的效率和OEE，分析数据，主导各车间效率和OEE的改善

"Identify other opportunities to improve workshop efficiency & OEE performance and lead Gemba kaizen.

(i) Monthly counter measures from each VS for the missed KPI’s.

(ii) Maintain the actual run time and routine’s accuracy and run the report.

(iii)Follow up the monthly report and lead to improvement create value.
