Responsibilities:
1. Execute the local purchasing-issue PO to suppliers, or our company in US or Germany, urge confirm, material management to satisfy with the demand of manufacturing plan or spares for assigned commodity(s) or suppliers.
2. Interacts with suppliers regarding payments and order fulfillment.
3. Inventory control-Weekly check PO cancellation and push out message. Negotiate with vendors on all delivery plan, check global inventory and decide if convert PR to PO due to diligent check.
4. Solve Supply constraint. Closely track the materials delivery plan (Weekly) and 3 months demand based on manufacturing plan. Identify risk materials, escalate to suppliers, and work on contingency measures and figure out long-term solution with commodity team.
5. Follow commodity team instruction and complete new supplier phase in to achieve cost and lead time shorten target.
6. Keep updating the basic purchasing master data- Lead time, Order size, round value, COO.
7. Price- Periodic price negotiation for some materials with suppliers, following target and tactics proposed by commodity.
8. Solve suppliers’ delivery discrepancy issue, document issue, packing issue and help quality team to solve quality issue.
9. ECN-ECO(Drawing/request change) follow and take action
10. Supplier performance score-organize Supplier scoring
11. Partnering with key business stakeholders to drive improvements in purchasing processes including all IT tools, SAP/CMS/OA/SRM.
12. Finish the other job assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's Degree
2. 3+years in purchasing.
3. Excellent communication skills and good at teamwork
4. Knowledge of International Trade
5. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
6. Diligence to take ownership.
7. Strong ability of logic thinking and professional carefulness.
8. SAP Experience is preferred
9. Good at writing and oral English, Germany is preferred.
10. Advanced Excel
