ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Executive in Corporate Marketing & Communication at Trajectry, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence, communicating our value proposition effectively, and supporting various marketing initiatives. You will work closely with senior members of the marketing team to execute strategies aimed at promoting our services and expanding our client base.

1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media (Linkedin & WeChat), email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

2. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media profiles to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community interaction.

3. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.

4. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, webinars, and workshops to promote our services and engage with potential clients.

5. Public Relations: Assist in developing press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility.

6. Client Communication: Coordinate communication efforts to ensure timely and effective client outreach, including newsletters, client updates, and surveys.

7. Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and communications to maintain brand consistency and integrity.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

IDEAL PROFILE
+ Master's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Google Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Zoho, Google Analytics, ChatGPT).
+ Prior experience in marketing, communications, or related roles is a plus.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
+ Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Chinese native preferred, fluent in English, both written and spoken
