Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead Melting product quality architecture deployment and improvement, including quality document update, define appropriate quality control tool and methodology, in process quality improvement and risk assessment.

• Co-work with cross function for new tank/product qualification.

• Lead and coordinate plant resource for plant non-conformity product quality risk assessment and handling.

• Co-work with cross function to analyze process capability and product attribute compliance to identify the improvement opportunity.

• Co-work with division and sister plants for quality architecture optimization, best practice sharing and migration.

• Coordinate quality related projects with production and engineering teams to support process/product improvement.

• Support customer complaint cases and make sure effectiveness of corrective and
Education & Experience

• B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.

• At least 3 years work experience in QA function or process engineering.

• Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.
Required Skills

• Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.

• Logical thinking and data oriented.

• Problem solving and decision skill.

• Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading.
Desired Skills

• Excellent in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are preferred.
