KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.In charge of financial/operational analysis and reporting to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial data.
2.Provide leadership to the overall finance function and build up strong team. ensuring the entire finance and accounting function is properly organized, staffed, developed, motivated, and compensated.
3.This role is responsible for the overall cashflow of the company. This person is in charge of DSO, DOS and DPO of the company e.g. Work with other functional departments to ensure timely collection of receivables, obtain credit terms from suppliers etc.
4.Work closely and support senior management on business and strategic decision-making. Evaluate the P & L performance of the business. Provide effective operational analysis and strategic recommendation for the entity's management.
5.Lead internal control and risk management process. Implementation and maintenance of rigorous operational controls and comply with group policy. Keep strict tax and Customs compliance and as well initiate effective taxation plan for the entity.
6.Prepare budgets; perform in depth financial analysis of various business scenarios (business case study); identify business trends and opportunities.
7.Serve as the primary interface with external auditors. This person also needs to ensure that all local/statutory tax and accounting requirements are met.
8.Ad-hoc assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the finance function of an organization, of which at least 5 years must be in lead the finance function; Experience of finance controllership in manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of the China accounting principles, US GAAP, Customs and tax laws.
2.Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
3.Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives in China. Capable of working with General Manager of business unit and maintaining clean and clear results and 100% compliance across company. Able to get alignment on policy compliance.
4.Excellent communicator in Chinese and English.
5.Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player, able to manage stress properly and a great mentor to those around him/her especially during closing process. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
6.Excellent computer skill etc. MS Office , particularly Power Point, Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and emails.
7.Self Motivated,Proactive: Can deliver results with minor supervision or “hand-holding”, if told objective, will find support and ways to meet it in content and timing.
