Key Accountabilities:
1. Lead NEV fluid product development & inhouse technical service activities & support OEM customer technical requirements.
2. Responsible for product formulation optimization & continuous improvement in performance and costing.
3. Support automotive marketing team for portfolio development & positioning.
4. Act as team coach for talent professional skill development, include testing method, calibration, and guide in product development and application related service.
5. Develop annual based TS lab capex & opex management plan, make sure all of lab equipment & facilities under normal working conditions, Responsible for HSE management in TS lab.
6. Establish connections and networking within Petronas global R&T organizations.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. At least 10 years of experience in R&D laboratory for chemical products. profound knowledge in lubricants or coolants would be preferred.
2. Major in chemistry or mechanic engineering & Fluent written & oral English.
Competencies & Skills:
1. Understand Auto NEV marketing and OEM needs for Lubrications related solution.
2. Team player & good communication skill among local & global team.
3. Strongly self-motivated, proactive and teamwork oriented.
