Main Responsibilities:

Ÿ Work closely with line manager to implement e-commerce strategy

Ÿ Achieve Ecommerce development objectives, goals through distributors / Tmall Supermarket / PDD

Ÿ Support line manager to control platform price

Ÿ Be responsible for anti-counterfeit products and right protection

Ÿ Take part in seasonal, monthly cross functional planning and execution on digital commerce channels (assortment, promotion, supply chain, customer services and consumer care)

Ÿ Lead the communication and coordination between internal functions and external service providers; make sure all the massages are delivered properly and correctly

Ÿ Manage external service providers (TP) to make sure plans are executed, check progress and KPI and give feedback on daily basis

Ÿ Proactively perform website and business analytics, develop insights and share across the whole organization to amplify brand business and organizational capability development

Ÿ Streamline reporting process from external to internal to make sure proper reports are delivered in time

Requirements:

Ÿ 2 years+ hands on working experience in Ecommerce related function in retail

Ÿ 1 years+ vendor management or team coaching experience

Ÿ Sensitive to numbers, sales planning experience preferred

Ÿ Good planning, analytical and organizational skills - with proven ability to manage multiple tasks

Ÿ Have strong business sense and logic, and being sales-driven

Ÿ Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Ÿ Passionate, responsive strong willingness to learn and hard-working
