RESPONSIBILITIES

As our [Senior Merchandiser], you are responsible for ensuring visual merchandising efficiency within Travel Retail focusing on Promotional and Permanent Merchandising.

Your main focus :

• Ensure visual merchandising implementation and standards across the region

• In charge of planograming for all portfolio (Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare) Update displays to promote new product launches and reflect key periods

• Source for props, visual and any tools needed for permanent counter and temporary promotions opening in line with brand guidelines. Creating specific promotional displays when applicable.

• Forecast, ordering and maintenance of Display highlight.

• Adapt & develop launch visual merchandising guidelines in line with the brands’ image

• Support other Merchandising Manager within the team when necessary on permanent and temporary projects

• Monitor costs and work within budget

• Liaise with suppliers and source elements

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to VM implementation ability. As a/an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• You will need to have strong implementation skills with 2-5 years’ experience and be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects across categories - fragrance, skincare and makeup.

• Experience in perfume & cosmetics industry is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Ideally, you will have a design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Clouds/AutoCAD).

• You are proactive, think out of the box, embrace a can-do attitude, and believe in team spirit, you will thrive and progress well in our dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
