Brief description of the position：

To conduct the robust maintenance management of the test equipment and test benches in R&D workshops and ensure a stable running of test and prototype production.

Key Tasks:

Responsible for Maintenance activities. Ensure all safety standards are met during maintenance activities.
Developing preventative / predictive maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime
Gather and revise all available electrical drawings including the one-lines for electrical distribution
Write Pre-Task Analysis safety documents for all risk work for electrical jobs. Support Preventive and Predictive Maintenance initiatives to achieve a better uptime for all equipment.
Coach problem solving activities ,mainly focused on Realibility and Maintenability.
Communicate and obtain approvals for all power distribution work that will impact operations
Prepare bid-packages for an electrical contractor or Skilled Trades to purchase and install materials required for making the necessary revisions & equipment issues.
Training technicians to write electrical permits and to guide/train the safety for all electrical facilities and work performed by electricians on it.
Assist the organization in electrical engineering plans for installation of new project (power distribution and supply to equipment)
Drive maintenance cost and budget control.

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor Degree or higher education in Engineering, Industrial or Mechanical/ Electrical/Automation engineering preferred. Equivalent experience accepted
At least 5 years working experience for equipment related work in Automotive industrial field
Ability to optimize equipment programs and trouble shoot issues to identify root cause
Excellent communicator who can train team members
Must be self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
Vision experience strongly preferred
PLC competency, Robot Automation
