职位信息：
1. Provide daily dealer technical support and maintain agreed service levels via VR(vehicle report);
2. Provide direction and advice to VOLVO dealers via 400 Technical Hotline;
3. Manage the dealers in the respective support area by technical side. Communicate with VOLVO dealers via VR, 400 Technical Hotline, Technical meeting to increase their diagnose skills to the technical aspect;
4. Provide Accessories support to dealers;
5. Provide Polestar vehicle technical support to target dealers;
6. Maintain VRs from assigned areas according to policy & guidelines;
7. Provide technical support for vehicle quality issues, service operations and marketing activities;
8. Analyse the input repair quality case from CCM, deliver the report to field support to go with regional manager;
9. Follow up and provide assistance with customer complaints from CCM, escalate case to level 2 support when required;
10. Identify and define product deviations, and provide sufficient feedback for product improvement purpose;
11. Implement service solutions and address potential discrepancies;
12. Responsible to organize / support dealer meetings within job scope;
13. Initiate, execute and follow up activities as required to ensure that key responsibilities are meet;
14. Provide on-site support or investigation when needed.
要求：
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Automotive Engineering or other relevant subjects;
3. Auto Industry Experience 5 years;
4. Auto Repair / Technical Support related work for at least 3 years;
5. Auto Repair Skill: Vehicle diagnosis logic and analysis;
6. English Skill: Verbal and written;
7. PC Skill: Good with: Words, XLS, PPT and WEB based applications;
8. Communication Skill: Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.
