About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for delighting and developing our business with emerging customers. Your role will consist of identifying new opportunities and buying potential to help relationships flourish. In short, you will be developing customer relationships and satisfaction, while growing their accounts.
？
What you’ll be working on
●？？？？？？Developing Future Electronics new and emerging account base through sales calls, networking, and continuous relationship development
●？？？？？？Qualifying leads and account development by determining a customer’s business volume, business type and size, and appropriate products and services
●？？？？？？Expanding your product knowledge to guide and accurately quote customers on products and pricing in a timely manner; following up on orders and product shipment
●？？？？？？Collecting customer feedback on prices, market trends, and new opportunities
●？？？？？？Working with the product marketing team for product pricing and allocation - this is the team that provides pricing quotes based on sales volume and necessary margins

We’re looking for someone with
●？？？？？？University Education, proficient in written English
●？？？？？？Phone based communication skills
●？？？？？？Persuasiveness- you have the ability to effectively communicate, influence, and convince others to make a purchase
●？？？？？？Resilience - you have the ability to bounce back from adversity, adapt to changes, and persevere in the face of challenges
●？？？？？？Determination and perseverance– you have persistence and tenacity to go after your goals
