岗位职责:
1.持续改进销售操作流程,根据业务需求定义差距/依赖关系。
2.与相关部门合作,推动系统按时发货。
3.定期管理和跟踪销售预测、销售数据库。
4.DM流程管理和文件归档。
5.CRM系统管理,确保系统配置、CRD和其他所需信息得到更新,以满足业务需求。
6.协调销售运营会议,如周一CBG周、LS周、季度CBG、年度CBG等,汇总各种报告,做好会议记录。
7.支持CBG运营的物料准备:销售、服务和GA相关。
8.及时有效地规划和执行市场营销计划,包括会议、研讨会、展览、贸易展和广告等。
9.公司品牌推广,开发/管理ENG和CN营销材料的生产,包括海报、传单、电子通讯、微信、网站等。
10、监理人安排的其他工作。
就职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,有8年以上半成品或IT相关行业销售运营支持相关工作经验
2. 扎实的办公应用和SAP、CRM、Excel、PPT、Power BI等方面的技能。
3. 与股东和外部有很强的协调和沟通能力
4. 英语口语和书面流利
【工作时间】正常班,周末双休

Responsibilities:
1. Continuously improve sales operation processes, define gaps/dependencies based on business requirements.
2. Work with related departments to drive system shipment on time delivery.
3. Manage and track sales forecast, sales database on a regular basis.
4. DM process management and document filing.
5. CRM system management to ensure system configuration, CRD and other required information being updated in order to fulfill business demand.
6. Coordinate sales operation meetings, like Monday CBG weekly, LS Weekly, Quarterly CBG, annual CBG etc, including but not limited consolidate all reports, work on meeting minutes.
7. Support material preparation for CBG operations: Sales, Service, and GA related.
8. Plan & execute marcom programs timely and effectively, including conferences, seminars, exhibitions, trade show and advertising etc.
9. Company branding, develop/ manage the production of marketing materials in both ENG and CN., including posters, flyers, e-newsletters, Wechat, website, etc.
10. Other works assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements/Expectation:
1. Bachelor or above, with >8 yrs sales operation support related experience in firms of Semi equipment or IT related industry is required
2. Solid skills on office applications and SAP, CRM, Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.
