工作职责(按重要性顺序列出)

1. Quality Management System (QMS) (30%)

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

• Implement changes to the QMS based on audit findings, customer feedback, and industry standards.

• Build close connectivity with other side for benchmark and best practice sharing.

2. Quality Assurance (30%)

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures for manufacturing processes.

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001/QS/FSSC22000).

• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Analyse quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.

• Develop and conduct training programs on quality standards, procedures, and tools for manufacturing personnel.

3. Continuous Improvement (20%)

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.

• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement.

• Implement data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and enhance productivity.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and fostering innovation.

4. Production management (15%)

• Coordinate with planning team to ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Monitor production process, identify bottlenecks or issues and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

任职资格/条件(学历、工作经验、专业知识&技能等)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Over 8 years quality working experience, at least 5 years QA experience in food or food packaging manufacturing.

• Proven experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment, has experience in production management is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO9001, QS, LSS)

• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for performance measurement and decision-making.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of improvement projects.

• Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to drive change and achieve results.

• Industrial engineering education background and work experience is preferred.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent logical thinking and problem solving.
