工作内容
1.根据公司发展战略，建立并完善人力资源管理体系、组织架构，建设可持续发展的企业人才选、育、用、留机制；
2.建立绩效管理体系，完善并优化绩效管理相关制度，保证绩效管理的科学、公正、合理、高效；
3.设计优化研发、生产、销售等体系各职能的薪酬结构和绩效、奖金、股权等激励制度，保证薪酬体系公平性，有效激发员工积极性；
4.向公司决策层提供人力资源、组织机构等方面的建议并致力于提高公司综合管理水平，开发人力资源价值；
5.及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题，深入业务，针对经营战略的整体问题提供定制化的解决方案；
6.负责公司的整体企业文化建设，解读、传播、导入积极、正向企业文化，建设具有凝聚力的企业氛围；

理想的求职者
1. 统招本科及以上学历，，有消费品、互联网等企业0-1人力资源管理从业经验优先；
2. 8年以上人力资源工作经验，3年全盘人事负责人工作经验，具备前瞻力和战略业务理解能力；
3. 具有卓越的分析规划、组织协调、执行推动、领导力、影响力；
4. 具有优异的组织计划协调能力，逻辑思维清晰敏锐，并具有很强的执行力，能承受压力；
5. 有开放/创业的心态、良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
