Job Overview:

As the MRI IBD Product Specialist, responsible for packaging software, hardware, and functional upgrades for existing MRI equipment during POS. You will work closely with MR PSS team to develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction for MRI products. Additionally, you will collaborate with the CS team to ensure smooth implementation of upgrade solutions.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of MRI principles, including the underlying technology, imaging techniques, and advancements in the field.
* Possess extensive product management and sales experience in the field of MRI, with a deep understanding of market demands and competition.
* Design tailored solutions to meet market requirements for different levels of hospitals and various MRI products.
* Ability to generate comprehensive sales support materials based on upgrade plans, including solution presentations, introduction, and customer benefit calculations.
* Collaborate closely with the PSS team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate upgrade solutions to increase MR market share.
* Work with the CS team to ensure the technical feasibility of upgrade solutions, coordinating resources to achieve upgrade goals.
* Exhibit excellent communication and coordination abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
* Possess business acumen to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions to increase sales and market share.

Education and Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in medical imaging, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in MRI product management or sales.
* Familiarity with MRI technology and the medical device industry.
* Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Office applications and the ability to use related tools to create excellent documents and presentation materials.
