Job Responsibilities
·       The role will be responsible for the data integrity and analytical support for channel management department.
·       Work closely with the sales teams, marketing team and financial team.
·       Support channel manager to build up and implementation the channel program& channel policy for different business line. Attend the regular channel sales review with sales team, submit the monthly channel performance report. Submit and management the SAP & Salesforce report regularly.
·       Cooperate with marketing team to organize the channel conference and exhibition activities.
·       Provide Channel data and analytic report
·       Channel Sales forecast & Planning
·       Launch and execute training module for channel network

Job Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s degree in industrial / industrial automation/electrical engineering or related major, MBA is prefered
·       5+ years professional experience in Channel business operation / sales operation / business intelligence related. Channel sales experience preferred
·       Highly proficient in SAP BI, excel, data analysis Presentation
·       Superuser experience of salesforce or equivalent CRM system
·       Excellent analytical skills, data analysis and business acumen
·       Prove experience of engaging multiple stakeholders in China
·       Excellent command of written and spoken English
·       Quick learner, open mind set and independent worker
