岗位内容：
1、管理生产团队，培训生产一线员工，指导员工按照生产计划安排生产工作，确保生产进度和质量达到要求；
2、负责制定生产计划和生产流程，优化生产工艺，提高生产效率和产品质量；
3、确保生产设备的正常运行，及时处理设备故障，并进行维护和保养工作；
4、负责生产原料的调配配合和库存管理，保证生产所需原料的充足供应；
5、负责生产过程中的对质量控制和质量检验的监督管理，确保产品符合标准要求，出现异常，组织生产团队调查分析原因；
6、协调与其他部门的沟通和协作，解决生产过程中的问题和难题；
7、负责制定和执行安全生产措施，确保生产过程安全可靠；
8、维护生产记录和报告，定期汇报生产情况和工作进展。
任职资格：
1、3年以上生产管理或生产主管经验，本科及以上学历，工业工程、生产管理类专业优先考虑；
2、熟悉生产流程和生产设备，具有较强的生产管理能力；
3、具有良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，能够有效地与不同部门和员工进行协调和沟通；
4、具有较强的问题解决能力和决策能力，能够及时处理生产中出现的问题和紧急情况；
5、具有良好的时间管理能力和组织能力，能够有效地安排生产计划和资源；
6、具有较强的领导能力和团队管理能力，能够有效地激励团队成员，提高生产效率和质量；
7、具有相关行业的工作经验和知识，对行业发展趋势和技术变化有一定的了解。
