Function:Responsible supporting business manufacturing applications and infrastructure related, be the advisor for business needsProvide new solutions to answer the business needs that match the defined policies.Part of the BCP infrastructure team, and propose smart solutions.Works closely with the Site leaders and Zone Managers.
Core tasks and key responsibility:Day-to-day systems support & maintaining service levelsIs Expert for the maintenance of systems infrastructure and recovery methods for systems running MS Windows, MSSQL, VMware, LAN devices, Databases, applications process.Advisor on life cycle management for infrastructure and manufacturing applications and interfaces.Advisor on new technologies and systems infrastructurePerforms systems upgrades for security, problem solving reasons among othersConducts disaster recovery in accordance with existing proceduresProvide third level support and advanced AnalysisProviding time estimates for resolution of problemsOrganizes or contributes to project Prioritizing tasks needed for project completionAdhering to IS standards, including change management standardsKeeps up to date with corporate IT (security & privacy o.a.) regulations and applies where appropriateExecutes configuration and capacity management of IT infrastructureMaintains infrastructure for automated monitoring or procedures for manual monitoringInstructs outsource partner (TCS) as part of change management
Manufacturing support and project management :Providing technical support to users and other IT staff - firefights, problem resolution, trainingEmergency support for business and operating unitsProvide critical support for P1/P2 incident
Profile and Education :Bachelor degree with 6 years of experience, or Master degree with 3 years of experience.( preferred in the manufacturing environment)Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsDynamic, results-oriented problem solverExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in EnglishAbility to travel to support when needed; 20% - 30% travel
