1. 为客户提供技术服务： 客户现场设备安装和调试，维护，技术升级，服务保养，远程电话支持，备品备件的推介，解答用户技术咨询等问题
2. 指导客户使用本公司的设备，解决客户使用中的问题，给用户提供设备使用培训
3. 分析与理解客户需求，并根据客户需求制定相应的技术解决方案，通过专业的技术咨询，取得客户对公司产品的认可
4. 现场收集客户的需求，及时处理并反馈确保客户的满意度
5.对客户实施产品售后服务工作，搜集并反馈产品质量信息
6. 具有出色的表达沟通能力
7. 适应出差和客户现场驻场
8. 需要配合协助生产车间的安装和调试
9. 熟悉了解机械，电气等相关知识，学习和动手能力强
10. 有相关PLC软件知识和相关经验的，可以优先考虑， 例如：西门子，AB, 倍福

Smit Technology (Wuxi) Ltd. (STW) is an equipment supplier for high technology production and process equipment. The furnaces are used in production lines used in Chinese state own companies to ensure the goals of the central government for producing clean energy. STW is as well installing high technology equipment from the headquarter company from the Netherlands, vacuum deposition tools. To ensure a safe and stable commissioning of those high technology tools, experts and engineers with specific knowledge from the Netherlands are required to finish the commissioning and setting up the process.
